Worked in the mental health as a support worker for 8years in most prestigious Company in Melbourne which include mental health and psychosocial disability.

We cover area of residential outreach and group services as a support worker. Due to the long work in mental health and psychosocial disability engaged in new business team in mental health to share experience and challenges to quality support to our participants in the community.

As a mental support worker we provide disability and psychosocial support, physical and self care support, support to build confidence and skills, develop strategies to cope up and work day to day with participants.

We assist our clients in understand their NDIS plans, provide information about available services, resolve service-related issues, send regular reports to the NDIA regarding delivered services, review plans when required, and ensure budgets and funding are used appropriately. They also assist in preparing for unexpected events.

We support people of all ages living with disability and mental health conditions, promoting community engagement, social inclusion, and physical wellbeing.

We strictly follow the NDIS Code of Conduct, policies, and procedures. Our qualified and experienced support workers provide tailored mental health and counselling support.

We also have a certified child care educator over 20 years’ experience supporting children We offer social and community participation, as well as assistance with daily living and household tasks under NDIS plans.

We provide childhood support, children development, family and children well being.

We provide support early childhood programme and family partnership. Services and partnership are achieved in a way of family culture, language and in a way of ground values and beliefs.
