As a support worker in mental health worked for 8years in most prestigious Company in Melbourne which include mental health and psychosocial disability in NDIS .
We cover area of residential outreach and group services as a support worker. Due to the long work in mental health and psychosocial disability I engaged myself in new business team in mental health to share my experience and challenges to quality support to our participants with disabilities.
As a mental support worker we provide disability and psychosocial support, physical and self care support, support to build confidence and skills, develop strategies to cope up, work day to day with participants
Childhood Support
We support children with intellectual, cognitive, sensory, or behavioural disabilities during childhood support. Our services extend to home settings, childcare centres, preschools, and kindergartens, focusing on intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, and autism. We tailor support to each family’s culture, language, values, and beliefs. We help children learn and practise skills daily, and offer early childhood intervention focused on child development, family wellbeing, and community participation.
Our Early Childhood Educator helps each child build friendships and connections within their local community.
Daily Living Support /Nursing
We provide high-quality personal care, home care and nursing, support services, Nursing including wound care, medication management, contingency planning, palliative care, and chronic disease support. Our team supports daily living tasks—such as personal care, meal preparation, transport, shopping, grooming, and toileting—with dignity and respect, house hold task{domestic, cleaning, budgeting)
