Mental Health and Wellbeing

Our mental health programme is designed to identify, eliminate, or manage psychosocial hazards, and to recognise and respond to mental health and wellbeing concerns. We provide ongoing support, skills, knowledge, and resources to our clients, aiming to create a sustainable and evolving workplace health and safety culture for everyone.

We offer positive behaviour support and mental health awareness services for both children and adults. Additionally, we provide emotional, mental, and physical support, along with a socially supportive environment for our clients.

Our experienced/qualified Supervisor/Support Coordinator will assist clients in understanding their NDIS plans, provide information about available services, resolve service-related issues, send regular reports to the NDIA regarding delivered services, review plans when required, and ensure budgets and funding are used appropriately. They also assist in preparing for unexpected events.
